What is your MOQ?+
Most jewelry starts at 1–10 pieces for samples and low-volume orders. Loose stones and melee are sold by carat or lot. Exact MOQ is shown per product for approved accounts.
Do your lab-grown diamonds come with certificates?+
Yes. CVD and HPHT stones are available with IGI, GIA or GIL certificates, typically D–F color and VVS clarity.
Can you put my logo on the jewelry and packaging?+
Yes — custom logo is free. We also offer custom boxes, pouches and tags.
How long does production take?+
Samples 3–7 days. Bulk orders 15–30 days depending on quantity and complexity. CAD proposals in 1–2 days.
How do you ship?+
DHL, FedEx, UPS and EMS with tracking and insurance to 100+ countries. We can prepare paperwork for customs.
